Rituals That Add Abundance & Gratitude To Your Day

Writer's picture: EndetrisEndetris

Hey folks, we're here to talk about small rituals that we can do throughout the day that cultivate abundance and gratitude over time.

Before we continue, I want to point out that abundance and gratitude are just as much a mindset as they are long-term goals. I mean to say that the more intention you put forth and how consistent you are in practicing, you'll notice and benefit from all the small blessings along the way.

MORNING ROUTINE

Now most of us have a routine throughout the day, but I specifically would like to talk about the early morning. Whether you're a coffee drinker, a tea drinker, or a water drinker, we can all practice this method. We're going to visualize your success, abundance, and blessings as we take a spoon (you can do this while adding sugar, or just stirring the drink as is.) and stir your drink clockwise, bringing the energy towards you. You may add a little pinch of cinnamon to amplify the effect if you desire.

GRATITUDE

How are you feeling? Gratitude is a practice in thankfulness and is important to recognize that it changes the perception of how we see and relate to things happening all around us. I personally feel that life can be more enjoyable with a more thankful perspective.

SIGILS

Lets move on to sigils. When talking about sigils in this post, I am not going to explain all about them, I am covering how to incorporate them into our morning routine.

Now these are some suggestions.

I personally use a selenite stick and draw a sigil of protection on the bottom side of my cup, or if you're looking for some extra home protection, you can draw a protection sigil under your doormat.

ALTAR

I wanted to add some key items on my altar that enhance our goals. I currently have Ace of Pentacles and the High Priestess there, along with a Tigers Eye Money Toad and some malachite that I carry around with me. I am constantly finding money and blessings, and for that, I'm so grateful. Having a money bank or an offerings plate isn't required, but I find it makes a big difference in the end results.

ADD PROTECTION BEYOND YOUR MORNING ROUTINE

Here are some examples beyond your routine to cleanse your space and continue to protect it. It's popular to smoke cleanse, you can use mugwort, juniper, pine, palo santo, and many other kinds of herb bundles. Now, when you prefer not to use smoke or if you can't use smoke, there are many other options. Florida Water, Moon Water, or even a herbal spray will cleanse the space. Having an altar bell, you have the added benefit of ringing the bell throughout your house to cleanse as well.

Beyond that, I recommend having a broom or besom hang over your doors dusted with a little cinnamon for protection. Witch's bells are also an option, bells clustered with pinecones and keys on your doorknob offer excellent protection.

SUMMARY

Wrapping up, I will say these are just my practices, all practices are valid, and I hope you get to enjoy some of the benefits. Blessed Be.
